Here's my latest card made for my sister's birthday yesterday:

Heat it up Verdigris embossing powder
Distress ink: Victorian Velvet, Frayed Burlap, Vintage Photo, Bundled Sage, Crushed Olive

Roses (from Wild Orchid Crafts)
Stickles glitter glue 
Happy Birthday sentiment clear stamp from my stash
